CcMS (Conveyor Condition Management Software)

CcMS is our solution to the electronic data management of conveyor related condition based information. CcMS is ideal for the interrogation of belt cover and pulley lagging wear, belt hardness deterioration, visual condition and the prediction of product, operational and environmental influences that may pose risks to the operational effectiveness of a conveyor.

CcMS.Mobile (Conveyor Condition Management Software - Mobile Edition)

CcMS.Mobile provides features from our CcMS desktop software to a ruggedised handheld mobile device (“PDA”). CcMS.Mobile allows field data to be captured electronically in the field and synchronised with our CcMS solution in the office.

CiRS (Conveyor Inspection Reporting Software)

Conveyor Inspection Reporting, (CiRS) is an interactive reporting tool for conveyors that takes written visual inspection information, consolidates observations and produces a visual representation of a conveyor's condition for action by maintenance personnel. CiRS is used widely by conveyor maintenance companies and inhouse maintenance personnel to report on the condition and operability of a variety of conveyor installations.
