EcMS (Equipment Condition Management Software)

EcMS is our solution to the electronic data management of equipment related condition based information.

By adopting a tiered level hierarchy, a customer can catalogue and capture condition based information on equipment across very large organisations.

EcMS is ideal for:

• The interrogation of current and historical condition monitoring information.
• Prioritisation of maintenance based on equipment criticality and condition status.
• Determining a snapshot of plant and asset condition for capital and R&M budget planning.

There are 2 default condition management reports that exist in EcMS. These reports are as follows:

• KPI Report – provides KPI statistics on failure events by condition status and monitoring method.
• Condition Report – provides top problem results, detailed condition reports and KPI statistics within a single consolidated report. This report can be filtered by business group, department, area, condition status, and/or monitoring method, allowing a user or internal customer to view real time plant condition.
