Our R & D into the use of high speed camera technology is an example of this, allowing us to conduct online visual monitoring of conveyor belt for uptime critical systems. The HSVI system is fully portable and uses the latest video camera and machine vision strobe technology. The captured images are stored electronically and provide users with an additional tool for maintaining their material handling operations without unplanned belt related downtime.

Our extensive experience in conveyor inspections, design of (commercially available) inspections reporting tools, wide exposure across a number of industries (hard rock, iron ore, bauxite and coal) and work developing maintenance strategies means we have the knowledge to identify poor plant condition and report clearly and concisely.
