Delay Analysis / Reporting

Our delay analysis / delay reporting services are specific to our customer requirements and provide adhoc reporting using Microsoft Excel or SQL Reporting Services. PDS can provide services from the conduct of adhoc delay analysis to the design and development of complex data warehousing and custom automated delay reporting.

By understanding and documenting critical information sources (such as production and downtime data), PDS can map and collate key information into streamlined reports that give clear snapshots of plant performance. These reports can then be used to make informed business and operational decisions to improve throughput and uptime.

We have provided adhoc and permanent delay reporting solutions to OneSteel Newcastle and have designed KPI production reporting solutions as part of plant audits at Esperance Port and OneSteel Whyalla.
